I had a Victor way back when, kitted to 500cc and fitted with a down pipe and reverse-cone megaphone. Bit tricky to start when cold, but it made great sounds! Alas, it didn't handle very well, had average (for the time, meaning mediocre) suspension and LOUSY brakes. But it sounded and looked great, and it was 1969, so my standards weren't very cultivated yet. I sold it and bought a new CB450, the second generation one with the pretty tank and disc brake. Kept it for a long time, upgraded the suspension, exhaust and tires/wheels and put over 80,000 miles on it. I'll bet it's still running someplace...not very likely so with the Beezer. Still, it did look and sound good...

Was that issue with the ball joint catching only while it was jacked up? I assume so bc u didn't act like it was to big of a problem. Just wondering bc I'm looking to put this exact 2.5in kit on my 96

how did the rough country suspension hold up? when lifting over 2 " im sure you now know its important to replace the uca so that you can achieve that clearance.

I see you went with the orange peel look. LOL. Practice makes perfect. The harbor freight Spray guns work fine with just a little steel wool, and super fine sandpaper and elbow grease. We use Princess Auto spray equipment, it's about the same caliber...

Why do you wat front wheels almost not touching wouldnt it be faster to have wheels touching and not chassis touching

Good Mosquito Control that Motor. My Brother had one of those 50 yrs ago. It always overheated, and changing the pump on the Propshaft didn't help. He was 12, I was 13.

Took my little Omega zo2 into Turner's Outdoors for new line & the guy behind the counter, who sells high dollar reels, said it was a great little spincaster. (It takes 125yds of 4lb test)

Around 1974/1975 in the UK there was BSA B50MX American specification bike in my local motorcycle shop . It had a yellow tank , one into 2 exhaust and sat unsold for about 2 years , it cost £360 then .

Any ideas on a gravel sound from the record head? We have it isolated to the record head. Sounds like rubbing somewhat. 440C

Mine shuts down for heat too much. Otherwise great little tool. Bought it to kill grape vine and it does that job very well.

The B50 might had an exhaust leak.

Does it matter how the cam sprocket goes on? Can you get it wrong?

For info. It is an option to switch the magnets for that MPC motor . (Option spare part. ) i found a lot of those her in Holland.

I have a whole load of the Hornby 1/32 kits where they used Scalextric moulds for the car shells and other body parts. All waiting for someone to one day convert them to slot cars. Including this Mustang. Thanks for presenting a couple of options.

We were at an Estate Sale and they had a 3.5 Sears Outboard Engine. Tank is full of thick rust. Haven't looked at the Carburetor yet. Not sure if it is worth fixing?

I left the moter mount aluminum and the pullstart aluminum buffed waxed. But I need a faceplate to complete my beauty with two new coils...

They make the same type of tools that's a screwdriver only. Non impacting and slower with a clutch. Model DF012DSE I had an older 7.2 nicad battery version from DeWalt that I used ALL the time. I drywalled half my house with it. Just a great form factor. Nearly identical to Makita's but the trigger was on the handle. For small electronic work though Makita's screwdriver version might be better suited for your intended use. Same battery so might be worth picking up if you never did. Makita also makes (made?) a 3.6v screwdriver too.
